PGA Champions Tourney Kicks Off The Tour Season With Significant Fundraiser

Boca Raton, Fla. (Feb. 3, 2014) – IWS Acquisition Corp.  (IWS), a leading provider of after-market Vehicle Service Agreement (VSA) programs to credit union members, is pleased to announce its corporate sponsorship of the PGA Champions Tour’s 13th Annual Allianz Championship. The tournament will benefit the non-profit Boca Raton Regional Hospital. With 400 beds and more than 700 primary and specialty physicians on staff, the Hospital is a recognized leader in oncology, cardiovascular disease and surgery, minimally invasive surgery, orthopedics, women’s health and emergency medicine.

“IWS is delighted to represent our local credit union community as a corporate supporter of the Boca Raton Regional Hospital,” said Jim Hawk, Jr., President and CEO. “The Hospital’s roots and not-for-profit status as a medical facility built by its own community fits closely with the ‘people helping people’ philosophy that is the hallmark of the credit union community we serve.”

The Allianz Championship raised more than $270,000 in 2013 on behalf of the Hospital and associated charities. Based on the level of corporate sponsorship and related-party fundraising initiatives, the 2014 contribution should easily exceed that amount.
