Honoring our Top Achievers year after year!
In addition to the access fee and loan staff incentive, we also host an annual conference to award the Top Achievers of our credit union partners who meet predetermined production levels. This is a reward, recognition and learning experience coordinated by IWS with the express intent to join top-producing employees from across the nation to attend specialized sales training conferences and share personal experiences with colleagues from their own industry. The event is held in an exciting and entertaining location and IWS pays for airfare and lodging for all qualified attendees.
